Today I wanted to share an article from Becoming Minimalist called 10 Unconventional Habits to Live Distraction-Less. I have implemented 70% of these in my own life and love it (you’ll have to guess the ones I’m still working on )! It frees up a lot of time and mental energy and I strongly suggest giving these strategies a shot 🙂

Joshua has a knack for showing my how easy it is to be more simplified. I started the one-minute task mentality a while ago, suddenly: no more piles of dishes, junk, or papers everywhere.
That’s one of my problem ones. Especially at work. Eh it will only take a minute I’ll squeeze it in at the end of the day. Totally mentally distracting behavior!
